Join Breath As Belonging: The Circle A 4-week coaching and breathwork experience designed to help educators reduce stress, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with calm, clarity, and purpose.
Breath As Belonging: The Circle is held at 500 Chestnut St. Suite 203a. Park anywhere around the building and enter north or south doors. Find the elevator and come up to the 2nd floor. Follow the path to the left out of the elevators and then to the right. I will have a sign to direct you.
We gather live over the lunch hour on Tuesdays, 12 - 1pm. You are also welcome to join on Zoom, making it easy to receive support without needing to travel.
Best experience: Bring your journal, water, and wear comfy clothes. Get ready to enter a space where you can breathe, reflect, and be fully present.
