You might have a few practices that help… until life happens. Then the breath gets shallow, the shoulders rise, the mind races, and you’re back in survival mode. This is where a steady container, and a community, changes everything.
It’s not a lack of discipline - it’s a nervous system asking for safety.

The Truth
Belonging isn’t something you earn. It’s something you remember - through your breath, your body, and safe connection. In Breath as Belonging: The Circle, you’ll practice simple, powerful tools that help your nervous system settle so you can meet your life with more steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.
This isn’t about collecting more information. It’s about building a relationship with yourself that you can actually use - when you’re triggered, tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
We practice in a way your body can integrate: small steps, repeated weekly, supported by community and coaching.
Each week you’ll learn a theme, a breath-based practice, and a nervous-system-friendly way to bring it into your day-to-day life. We will meet weekly over the lunch hour on Tuesday's beginning April 7th - May 12th.
And because you’re not a “one-size-fits-all” human, you’ll also receive personal support to tailor the work to your unique patterns and needs. You will receive TWO 60-minute 1:1 sessions to schedule at your convenience throughout the program.
What you’ll experience over 6 weeks
WEEKLY GROUP SESSIONS
6 live online sessions (weekly) where you’ll learn breath + nervous system practices, receive coaching, and be held in a grounded community container.
TWO 1:1 COACHING SESSIONS
Each person receives two 60-minute private coaching sessions to personalize the work, move through stuck places, and integrate what’s emerging.
PRACTICES + INTEGRATION
Simple, repeatable practices you can use in real moments - before a hard conversation, after a long day, or when you feel yourself leaving your body.
