In this group, we slow down and listen to what your breath has been trying to tell you.

Belonging isn’t something you earn. It’s something you remember - through your breath, your body, and safe connection. In Breath as Belonging: The Circle, you’ll practice simple, powerful tools that help your nervous system settle so you can meet your life with more steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.

ere’s how this group supports real change.

This isn’t about collecting more information. It’s about building a relationship with yourself that you can actually use - when you’re triggered, tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
We practice in a way your body can integrate: small steps, repeated weekly, supported by community and coaching.
Each week you’ll learn a theme, a breath-based practice, and a nervous-system-friendly way to bring it into your day-to-day life. We will meet weekly over the lunch hour on Tuesday's beginning April 7th - May 12th. 
And because you’re not a “one-size-fits-all” human, you’ll also receive personal support to tailor the work to your unique patterns and needs. You will receive TWO 60-minute 1:1 sessions to schedule at your convenience throughout the program.
What you’ll experience over 4 weeks

WEEKLY GROUP SESSIONS

4 sessions (weekly) where you’ll learn breath + nervous system practices, receive coaching, and be held in a grounded community container.

A 1:1 COACHING SESSION

Each person receives
one 60-minute private coaching session
to personalize the work, move through stuck places, and integrate what’s emerging.
Where We’ll Meet
Breath As Belonging: The Circle is held at 500 Chestnut St. Suite 203a. Park anywhere around the building and enter north or south doors. Find the elevator and come up to the 2nd floor. Follow the path to the left out of the elevators and then to the right. I will have a sign to direct you. 
We gather live over the lunch hour on Tuesdays, 12 - 1pm. You are also welcome to join on Zoom, making it easy to receive support without needing to travel.
Best experience: Bring your journal, water, and wear comfy clothes. Get ready to enter a space where you can breathe, reflect, and be fully present.
