Breath as Belonging is a 6-week, faith-centered breath coaching experience designed to help women of faith move out of stress, striving, and disconnection into a lived sense of safety, presence, and belonging with God and within their own bodies.
You don’t need to “try harder.” You need a nervous system that feels safe enough to belong.

When the body doesn’t feel safe, truth is hard to receive.

Burnout and anxiety are not always a “mindset problem.” Sometimes your body has been carrying too much for too long; responsibility, grief, perfectionism, people-pleasing, spiritual pressure, and it’s stuck in survival mode.

Faith is powerful and your body is part of your spiritual life. If your nervous system is stuck in fight/flight/freeze, your mind can know truth while your body still feels danger. We integrate breathwork, somatic awareness, and gentle spiritual grounding so your whole self can exhale.

Week 1 – Arrival & Invitation
Step into the awareness that breath is a gift—God’s presence moving through you. This week is about noticing, receiving, and allowing yourself to be here, as you are.

Week 2 – Awareness & Reflection
Begin tuning into the messages of your body and breath. Explore gentle curiosity about your nervous system and inner rhythms without judgment.

Week 3 – Practical Presence
Discover simple, accessible ways to bring breath into your daily life. Learn to notice and respond to moments of tension, stillness, and movement.

Week 4 – Wisdom of Your Design
Witness the intelligence of your body and breath. Sense how God has created you to balance, regulate, and restore—mind, body, and Spirit together.

Week 5 – Regulation & Alignment
Practice cultivating steadiness and calm through rhythm, reflection, and awareness. Notice how breath can guide emotional responses and bring presence.

Week 6 – Wholeness & Integration
Step into a sense of belonging—embodied, balanced, and in step with the Spirit. Carry forward a deeper trust in your body, breath, and God’s gentle guidance.
